All eligible refunds will be made to the original mode of payment, unless otherwise mentioned. We do not support refunds in cash or third-party transfers.
Purchases of digital services or subscriptions made within the Urban Teacher mobile application are subject to the refund policies of the applicable App Store Provider. Urban School does not process refunds for in-app purchases.
Refund eligibility, timelines, and approvals are determined solely by Apple App Store or Google Play Store policies. Users must submit refund requests directly through the respective platform.
Refund policies for website-based purchases, including event registrations, remain governed by the terms outlined above and are not affected by in-app purchase rules.
